Welcome to the web site (the “Site”) of MeemLev (“MeemLev”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by MeemLev and has been created to provide information about our entity and our web related services (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our Service users (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth MeemLev’s policy with respect to information including Personal Data and other information that is collected from users of the Services. To the extent information is (a) associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and (b) protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws, such information is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Data”.

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information or in response to when we ask for certain information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, register for access to the Services or use certain Services. In cases where you use our Services to submit or upload any content (e.g., photographs, images, gifs, videos) to your profile or to participate in a Service (e.g. competition), please be mindful of what your content may include. You should be cautious when submitting any content that may contain Personal Data (and particularly, avoid submitting any sensitive Personal Data). Furthermore, while you have the option to delete a submission from your profile or request the withdrawal of a competition submission from a Service (when applicable), MeemLev cannot guarantee the complete removal of the content from its social media channels once it has been made public.

The Services automatically record specific details about usage or visits, including visitor numbers and frequencies, technical data regarding browsers and devices used, and information on any technical incidents like crashes. Moreover, both we and third parties may gather certain data about your activities across the Services through automated means. These tools, such as cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, pixels, HTML5 cookies, and SDKs, are incorporated into our web pages, emails, and other digital content. They may assign or gather unique cookie IDs or other identifiers linked to your browser or device. When making a purchase through our Service, we handle your payment information (such as crypto wallet, credit card, and possibly PayPal) with limited usage. We solely use this information (e.g your crypto wallet address, credit card number, and expiration date), to facilitate the payment transaction. Third-party services (e.g., MetaMask, Stripe, or PayPal) assist in conducting and completing the transaction, providing you with the requested products or services, and fulfilling the purposes outlined in the section titled ‘To protect our rights or the rights of others’ below.

With respect to information other than your payment card information, we use that information:

    • Processing your requests regarding the Services and our subscriptions, products or services.

MeemLev does not share your personal information with Social Media Platform; however, your competition related submissions are shared to MeemLev’s Social Media Channels, the relevant Social Media Platforms may collect information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the Social Media Platforms that MeemLev shares your submitted content to as we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
  • Other Parties When Required by Law or As Necessary to Protect Our Rights. We may share your information as we believe is necessary or appropriate to protect, enforce, or defend our legal rights, users of the Services or other individuals and entities, or to comply with or enforce applicable industry standards, law or legal process.
  • With Your Consent or Otherwise at Your Direction. In addition, we may share your information with third parties when you consent to or request such sharing.

  • The opt-out mechanisms offered by the DAA and NAI are provided by third parties. MeemLev does not control or operate these mechanisms or the choices provided through these mechanisms.

Additional Choices

  • User account and information. If you’ve registered an account on any of our Services, you can access and manage some of your account information by logging in and updating your details or preferences. Additionally, if you wish to delete your account and specific Personal Data we’ve gathered in association with it, you can make a request by emailing privacy@meemlev.com. However, please note that MeemLev may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements with you, or other lawful purposes.

MeemLev takes reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. MeemLev is committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, please refrain from submitting any Personal Data through our Services. We urge parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s online activities and to ensure compliance with our Privacy Policy by advising their children not to provide Personal Data on our Services without permission. This Privacy Policy exclusively addresses Personal Data collected by MeemLev through the Services. It does not extend to any Personal Data obtained by MeemLev through other means or channels. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not cover unsolicited information provided to MeemLev through the Services or any other medium. Such unsolicited information may include submissions to public areas of the Services, such as forums, suggestions for new products or modifications to existing ones, and other similar submissions (‘Unsolicited Information’). All Unsolicited Information is considered non-confidential, and MeemLev reserves the right to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information without limitations or attributions
